Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Medicino, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our users. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

  • Cancellation Policy

    1. Doctor and Lab Appointments:
      • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
      • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund.
      • To cancel an appointment, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Appointments" section. Select the appointment you wish to cancel and follow the instructions.
    2. Medicine Orders:
      • Orders for medicines can only be cancelled before the order is processed and dispatched.
      • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
      • You can cancel an order by going to the "My Orders" section and selecting the relevant order.

  • Refund Policy

    1. Doctor and Lab Appointment Refunds:
      • Full refunds will be issued for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
      • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., doctor unavailability). In such cases, you can contact our support team for assistance.
    2. Medicine Orders:
      • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
      • In case of any issues with the delivered medicines (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Refunds or replacements will be processed after review.

  • Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
    • The refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
