At Medicino, we aim to ensure timely and safe delivery of your medicines and healthcare products. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

  • Shipping Locations

    • We currently offer delivery services within Vaikom, where Medicino operates.
    • Delivery to other locations may be subject to availability and may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Order Processing Time

      • Medicine Orders: Orders placed before 19:00 on a business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 19:00 or on non-business days (weekends and public holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
      • Lab Reports: Delivery of lab reports will be made as per the time frame communicated at the time of booking.
      • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once the order is placed successfully.

  • Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard delivery times for medicines are between 2 to 24 business hours, depending on your location.
    • Expedited delivery options may be available for certain regions at an additional cost.
    • Lab reports will be delivered within 1 to 72 hours after sample collection as per the schedule provided by the lab.

  • Delivery Charges

    • Delivery is free for orders above Rs.99/-.
    • For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs.10/- will be applied.
    • Any additional delivery fees for urgent or specialized shipping will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.

  • Delivery Process

    1. Order Tracking:
      • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS, which can be used to track the status of your delivery.
    2. Delivery Partner:
      • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure prompt and safe delivery. The courier will attempt delivery to the address specified in your order.
    3. Failed Delivery Attempts:
      • If you are unavailable to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery on the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our support team for further assistance.

  • Unforeseen Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframes, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve the issue promptly.
